     Formed in 1979,  FIRST SERVICES brought together over 30 years of insurance claim investigation experience among its founders.  Our early venue was the New York Metropolitan and Tri-State area.  And by 1982, our representatives were handling multi-million dollar claim matters nationwide.  All cases are handled using a "trial prep" approach, with detailed, objective and well-documented reporting.

In 1985, we began handling foreign claims, and we were the first insurance investigation firm specializing in Life & Health claims to open offices around the globe, utilizing multi-lingual and Western-trained personnel in most locations.  Our network of 11 World Regional Offices and field investigators spans six continents and our investigators have personally handled assignments in over 170 countries and territories.  We currently represent over 200 North American, European, Asian and Australian carriers.

Assignments vary from simple activity checks to comprehensive background investigations, special underwriting inspections and joint venture opportunities worldwide.  With representatives based across the U.S. and in over 30 nations on six continents, we routinely handle investigative matters literally all over the globe.
